Train to be an IPAF Trainer

We are looking to recruit additional IPAF Instructors to join our professional, enthusiastic and growing team within our existing training department. We have opportunities throughout East Sussex, Midlands and Wales. As an Instructor you would be expected to work autonomously and travel between allocated training centres to deliver courses.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of working on a MEWP to gain formal training and qualifications as an IPAF instructor, no existing instructor licences are required as training will be provided.

You don’t have to possess instructor licences but you will need the following:

• 36 months MEWP operating experience (or equivalent)
• Ideally an IPAF Operator PAL card held for at least 6 months
• An ability to impart information in a friendly and vibrant way
• Full / Clean UK Driving Licence

Once fully trained as an instructor your daily duties will include:

• Delivering high quality training to customers in a professional and enjoyable way
• Registering course details with our Governing Bodies
• Recording candidate details and updating our database
• Identifying sales opportunities and ensuring that leads are forwarded to the relevant departments
• Maintaining safe and clean working environments by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
